Dear Usher,

First of all,I know and understand that divorce is a very serious subject matter. There is no humor in a family being torn apart and the emotional distress it causes. However, when your song "Papers" comes on the radio I can't help but chuckle. The song is catchy, but I've managed to put this song in the same box as Bone Thugs - N- Harmony's "First Of The Month" .Also, when I hear the lyrics I'm reminded of when you were dead set on proving your love for this woman . I do understand drama sells albums (movies, books, etc.) , and a lot of people can relate to the matter. "Papers" doesn't have the same vibe as "Confessions", This is just my opinion.

Sincerely,
Krysten

Just Askin'

These are a few things that fog my mind. I dread thinking about the hours of sleep I've lost pondering over the following questions:

When was the last time anyone logged on to BlackPlanet.com or Myspace?
Blackplanet is so 1999 , 2000.

Has Drake or anyone in his camp explained who these guys are, and what is actually going on in this picture?

Did someone finally get a hold of Joe Jackson yet, and tell him that he needs to GET SOMEWHERE AND SIT DOWN ?

Lastly, where have I been to not know that Sade has an album coming out early 2010??

I adore the cover art

Well Wishes

The End...

Today, Oprah Winfrey announced that the 25th season of The Oprah Winfrey Show will be the last. Like I've always believed (and know is true), all things have an ending. I admire Oprah and what she's been able to achieve . There are a lot of people that don't want to see the show go and some people could care less. I'm glad that she was able exit on her own terms.

New Moon

This was what everybody's been waiting for. The Highly awaited second movie in The Twilight Series made it to theaters today. My sister and I went to the midnight show last night/ this morning. I'm going to keep this simple and short (like always). If you asked me if I liked the movie, my answer would be YES, and I do want to see it again. Is this a movie that everyone would want to see? My answer would be no. Yes, it was better than the first (little bit more action, bigger budget. I didn't care too much for the cgi wolves.) However, I always believe the books to be better than the screen adaptions solely based on the factor being that the book offers more detail than the movie. Overall the movie is what it is, I was entertained. Taylor Lautner stole the show (in my opinion). He is close to receiving a Lifetime Co-sign guarantee from me and not just for the obvious. The eternal 13-year-old girl that lives inside of me fell in love with the series early this year and I read all the book. Because of that, I felt like the movie was worth my $10 .

Something I Read

Recently, I got the latest issue of Cosmopolitan magazine via mail. I scanned the cover and was immediately drawn to the red bold letters that read "His #1 Sex Wish." The headline had drawn me in for the reason being that I've always had some interest in what we women want to learn about the opposite sex and what we perceive as the link into understanding men better. With this interest in mind I go right to page 125 in the magazine to read what the "sex wish" is. Come to find out, a man's "#1 Sex Wish" is to be wanted. To be honest, that's something that doesn't surprise me seeing that it's the same wish that women have.

As I continue to read, Cosmopolitan list in detail how you can express to your boyfriend, husband, or any man you're spending loving naked time with that you desire him. I'm just going to post some points that I found the most interesting, informative , and entertaining.

"Call him on his cell, and ask what he's up to. As he's talking, casually interrupt and mention that you're in bed touching yourself..."

Alright, on to the next one...

"Softly whisper these eight words into his ear: 'I want to have sex with you- now.'"

Cosmo says that it has a better effect if you two are (for example)standing in line at the grocery store. Try avoid doing this though if you're somewhere like church (this is just my 2 cents.)

Lastly ...

"Grab him by the hand, and lead him to the nearest wall. Bend over so that your torso is parallel to the floor, and put your palms flat against the wall. It he's too stunned by this amazing view of you, pull his hips toward you and he'll be more than happy to take the hint."

With this suggestion, I'm going to stand in the mirror to see what this looks like. I think this "Trick" may be more appealing the higher your hind parts are up in the air (you do what you gotta do.)

There are many other ideas listed in the article that is typical Cosmo and I won't get into the others. Either way, it was an interesting read and I was thoroughly entertained.

A Girl Can Dream

I love Autumn, but I'm not ready for Illinois' cold and windy winter *(you can insert the sounds of sad and broken trumpets here.) I need a winter vacation.

I've always wanted to be on a luxury yacht somewhere in St. Tropez but Thailand would be just fine.

"I wanna be like those girls in the movies, to have a

That's the feeling you've given me..."

Dear Trey Songz

(Video clip is N.S.F.W)

You Might want to press "play" before it gets pulled...

Dear Trey Songz,
I just want to say that after viewing your "Invented Sex" video, I've come to realize that I will always be fond of you. Anything I may have said that was negative in the past, I take it back.

With all Sincerity ,
